Stone Butch Blues by Leslie Feinberg An incredible novel about a person who was never enough woman or enough man. Ridiculed throughout her childhood pre-Stonewall as a "he-she," a girl who looked like a boy, this story follows Jess's life through four decades as Jess discovers what is means to be outside of the binary. -Katie
